Reiki Breath and Massage Therapy started in April, 2005 with a vision of creating a balance between a person's internal resources and outside conditions through the means of education and experience. Health and healing are a state and a process coexisting in constant connection of body, mind, and spirit.

It is our great honor to introduce ourselves to you and share our knowledge and personal insights into Reiki. and  Massage Therapy.

We, Vitaly and Elena, are Russian healers, Registered Massage Therapists, Certified Reiki Teachers in the Usui Natural System of Healing and Registered Karuna Reiki® Masters with the Canadian Reiki Association. Both of us practice Reiki Drumming and Sound Healing.

Vitaly has started his energetic work with Shiatsu which is an oriental (eastern) therapy of physical and energy rebalance. He is trained in the oriental massage techniques through pressure with thumbs, fingers and palms. He applies it to determine and heal areas and points of the human body with internal dysfunctions for promoting and keeping the health and treating specific illnesses.

Vitaly has given particular attention to martial art especially Karate to develop the whole human being, physically and mentally. Through long-term, dedicated training he has learnt to develop and unite Shin (mind) and Tai (body) in proper proportions.

Having been practiced Chi Gun, an ancient Chinese meditation and self-healing technique, Vitaly has found his way to Reiki. He received his First and Second Degree Reiki Training and Practitioner certificates from Svetlana Zherdeva, a Reiki Master in Sochi, Russia. His Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki Master Level in Usui Reiki were received from Dalia Brazulite, a Lithuanian Reiki Master and William Lee Rand graduate, in Kaunas, Lithuania.

The real discovery and the event of the greatest importance in Vitaly's Reiki experience was the meeting Frank Arjava Petter who brought Reiki from the West back to the land of its origin and was the first European to teach the Reiki Master/Teacher Degree in Japan. Frank Arjava Petter followed the various branches of Reiki to their roots in the original Reiki of Dr. Mikao Usui and Dr. Chujiro Hayashi.

Vitaly opened fascinating original Japanese healing Reiki techniques with Arjava. Inspired by the energy work he received the Teacher's Degree of the Usui Reiki System from his teacher and friend.

Vitaly enriched his Reiki way with the Karuna Reiki® Master Level received from Barbara McKell, a registered Karuna Reiki® Master. The Karuna Reiki® system was developed by William Lee Rand and other healers in the International Center for Reiki Training (Southfield, Michigan). Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means 'compassionate action'. It is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. In 2005 Vitaly became the official representative for the International Center for Reiki Training in Russia.

Having been practiced the whole complex of enegertic systems Vitaly has worked out his own workshop 'Reiki Breath' that presents his Reiki experience and his particular attention to breathing. He devotes himself to working with people sharing his energy and experience.

Elena was involved in Reiki when she felt the power of this beautiful energy in Reiki sessions. Her first wish was to use it for self-treatment and to help her family. Elena received her First Degree Reiki Training in Sochi, Russia.

The next step was Frank Arjava Petter's workshop 'Japanese Reiki Techniques' opening the Reiki roots and original methods for her. 

Elena received the Second Degree Reiki Training and the Advanced Level from Vitaly Shesterinin, a Reiki Teacher, who helped her prepare for the Teacher's Level.

The most important and exiting event in Elena's Reiki life was the Teacher’s Degree of the Usui Reiki System workshop with Arjava in Palanga, Lithuania. Seven days of powerful energetic practice became an unforgettable experience. Elena has been feeling and expressing her gratitude to Arjava and Bhakti for their freindly relations.

Elena became aware of the new Reiki approach having taken the Karuna Reiki® Master Level with Barbara McKell. She continued her way to deepen the  perception of healing energies. 

In 2005 Elena took a Chair Massage course with Relax to the Max School and became a Chair Massage Practitioner. Participating various corporate events and working individually Elena has developed her skills.

Elena's professional growth continued in the Massage Therapy program in ICT Kikkawa College. She became a Registered Massage Therapist working in her office and on-site with the insurance coverage.
